President

Alister Eiseman is the President of the Kawana Chamber of Commerce and General Manager of Pacific Motor Group Maroochydore, a proud sponsor of the Chamber. A long-time member of the Chamber and active supporter of local community groups and charities, Alister brings over a decade of leadership in the Sunshine Coast business sector. With a strong focus on advocacy, he is committed to driving outcomes for local businesses, strengthening community connections, and ensuring a thriving future for the region.

Cassy Small

Vice President

Cassy Small is the Promotions & Marketing Manager for Grant Broadcasters QLD & NT, locally representing Hot 91 and Zinc 96 on the Sunshine Coast and Gympie Region. Having worked at the radio stations since 2014, Cassy has been instrumental in the creation of popular local events including the Hot 91 Ladies Oaks Day and Fire in the Sky, which has grown and evolved into a Grant Broadcasters signature event Queensland-wide. As a proud Buddina local for almost 20 years, Cassy is excited to be joining the Kawana Chamber of Commerce Executive Committee and working closer to support the amazing local businesses in our area.

Paul Nay

Paul Nay is a qualified Accountant (FIPA, MBA) with over 20 years of extensive experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management. Additionally, Paul is a qualified tradesperson, offering a unique and practical perspective on financial matters. With advanced expertise in accountancy and taxation, he specializes in providing tailored financial guidance and strategic tax planning to individuals and small to medium-sized businesses. Committed to delivering precise, reliable, and insightful financial services, Paul ensures regulatory compliance while optimizing financial outcomes for his clients. Known for his approachable demeanour and dedication to client success, he takes pride in building lasting business relationships by offering personalized and professional advice.

Paul is passionate about giving back to the community through various roles, including serving as treasurer for non-profit organizations and actively assisting the Kawana Chamber of Commerce.

Mark Paddenburg

Mark Paddenburg

Committee Member

Mark has over 30 years of business development experience and has lived on Kawana Island with his family for 14 wonderful years. Mark is the GM of the Sunshine Coast Agricultural Show Society and has held leadership roles at the Innovation Centre Sunshine Coast, Trade & Investment Queensland and Board Associates. Mark has a proven track record in business and community service and in 2017, the Innovation Centre team won the local Australia Day Award for most impactful local NFP.

Michelle Evans

Michelle Evans

Experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the finance, digital media and automotive industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Coaching, Sales, Team Building, and Management. Strong media and communication professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Finance and Financial Management Services from Monash University.

Rhonda’s experience as a Senior Manager / Marketing Manager / CEO, is very extensive. Industries include: Media; Retail; Tourism & Hospitality; Information Technology. Rhonda is Managing Director of TIC Technologies – a software development agency specialising in the development of internet solutions, such as: Membership and customer web sites; Intranets; Extranets and custom integration development.

Arek is known for bridging cutting-edge technology with real-world business needs, making AI both accessible and effective. His leadership combines technical expertise, creativity, and a strong moral compass - and as a Star Trek enthusiast, he’s always ready to explore new frontiers of innovation
